Reconversion of a failed resurfacing tkp with fixed bearing in a tkp with mobile meniscal bearing. One can avoid tracking and lamination resulting in destruction of the pe joint surface with consecutive fracture of the titanuim tibial part. A new cemented prosthesis was used with mobile bearing leading to an excellent result with normal painfree function, mobility and stabilty.
